Station
Our SideStep Station provides permanently mounted accessibility at trailheads for a broad range of cyclists. It creates a stepped path from wheelchairs to handcycles (which is a notoriously difficult transfer), has a pull-up handle for assistance and stability in standing from a trike, and a leaning post that provides a stable structure to lean against while throwing a leg over a bike or e-bike.
For Swim
As New Mobility Magazine noted, getting into the water is the easy part – getting out is the struggle. TheSwimStep provides stepped access to water – whether on docks or pools. It provides a way up out of thewater that doesn’t require the use of legs. So for anyone who can’t climb the ladder or pull up onto the dock, the SwimStep gives a dignified and independent path back up to dry ground.

For Snow
Another notoriously difficult transfer for wheelchair users is the transfer from a wheelchair to a ski. Our SnowStep, with the optional free-standing handle removes the struggle by adding a stable mid-point. The stepped surface also provides a smooth transition from ski height to chair in 4” increments.
Portable
The Portable SideStep folds flat and is easy to transport or stow, making it wonderful for use in the home or on the road. From cycling program trailers, to sled hockey rinks to homes, it provides a path from chair height to the floor. Not only does it help for sports, but it also can help with recovery from falls.
